Curl Curl

The aim for this home was to create a low-maintenance exterior that could stand up to the elements given its close proximity to the ocean without sacrificing its curb appeal. We leveraged the natural appeal of concrete, hardwood, barestone cladding and Ritek roofing for an elemental feel.

This build was very detailed and carpentry-based. Because this job used raw building materials as an exterior finish (i.e. no render/paint/etc. was applied), a much higher standard of precision in handling and installation was necessary in order to ensure continuity. Our team rose to the challenge and the results were exceptional.
